PROGRAMMES FOR PARENTS

Online Talks

Study Skills for Students & Parents

For all facing year end, mocks and big exams, come along to learn tips and skills to help our executive function, organisation and prioritisation, which are all important and skills needed to get through these next few months. We'll explore different methods of learning, so you can find what works best for you. Practical tools and strategies will be sent to you after the session.

See you there!

Neurodiversity & Friendship

Tips for parents on supporting neurodiverse children in their relationships.

This workshop is for parents who are looking to support their child to make friends at school.

Navigating social differences can be difficult for neurodiverse children. This workshop will

contain facts and research about how neurodiverse people make meaningful friends as

children and adults. It will also contain advice on how to create a supportive environment,

and on how to help your child to learn communication and navigate conflict.

Mindfulness for Parents

Take time to pause, recharge and reconnect with yourself through guided mindfulness sessions in a calm and supportive environment.

These sessions help parents reduce stress, improve focus and build everyday techniques for emotional balance and resilience. Whether you're new to mindfulness or already have experience, everyone is welcome to join at their own pace.

Emotional & Sensory Regulation-Parent Seminar

Gain a deeper understanding of emotional regulation and sensory processing in neurodivergent children and young people aged 6–18.

Through practical guidance, real-life strategies and open discussion, participants gain greater confidence in supporting their child's emotional wellbeing while connecting with other families in a friendly and supportive environment.

Courses And Workshops

Parenting Course for Parents of Anxious & Neurodivergent Children

We are so happy to be offering the "Parenting Course for anxious & neurodivergent children" programme to support parents of children up to 12 years old.

We decided to offer busy parents the option to receive the knowledge of the award-winning evidence-based programme in 3 mornings instead of 6 as it usually runs. As a bonus you will meet for a fourth time to catch up, give feedback and share all the positive changes.

This award-winning, evidence-based parenting programme is delivered online, providing parents with straightforward techniques for managing children's impulsive behaviours. Parents will learn how to cope with ADHD, get support with issues such as homework, messy rooms, etc., and thereby strengthen a positive relationship with their child.

Sensory Tools & Messy Play Parents Workshop

Explore how sensory play and creative activities can help children regulate emotions, build confidence and develop through play.

This hands-on workshop gives parents and carers practical ideas, sensory tools and playful techniques to support neurodivergent children aged 5–12 at home. Along the way, families can connect with other parents, share experiences and discover new ways to make everyday moments calmer, more creative and enjoyable.
