EVIDENCE-BASED PROGRAMMES
.b PROGAMME
The .b Program is a four/five-session course for young people that teach the skills of mindfulness and supports better mental health. It uses eye-catching visuals, video clips, and activities that bring mindfulness to life for young people.
Mindfulness is a powerful way to handle stress and live life more fully. Through mindfulness, a child can remember what is important to them and establish stronger boundaries. They can be less reactive and know their boundaries and what really deserves their energy and what does not.

BELONGING PLUS + TRANSITION PROGRAMME
Belonging Plus + Transition Programme is a workshop for anxious students where students are given guidance on social interaction, behaviour and adjustment to a new environment, which is starting
a new chapter in life. The transition from primary to post-primary can be a stressful event for all students and their parents, and this can be compounded when the child has special educational needs. The need for flexibility in accommodating this transition, especially when the student has additional needs.
