Educational Framework
At All Abilities Performing Arts, we have developed a unique Educational Framework for each stage of learning, with professional input from Occupational therapists and educators to ensure the programs uniquely benefit all children and their individual needs.
The activities of children in each stage may vary across the country, depending upon the children attending, but our talented and experienced teachers have the flexibility to adapt their class content to the abilities, talents and ages of their students.
Qualifications:
Every child no matter their ability, has the opportunity from September 2019 to work towards Irish Board of Speech & Drama exams.
Child Protection
Your child is in safe hands at All Abilities Performing Arts.
We have a clear commitment to child protection and the safeguarding of our students is of the highest priority.
Keeping your child safe -
We require all of our tutors and assistants be Garda vetted and child protected at a minimum.
Every Stagecoach is in regular contact with a dedicated child protection team.
We invest in annual reviews to ensure that our schools and their staff are operating at the highest level of child protection standards. All necessary insurance, fire safety and first aid protocols are established within every All Abilities Performing Arts school.
Staff
Our experienced staff include dance, drama tutors, healthcare, childcare and special needs assistants with activities over seen by a professional advisory team consisting of an OT and psychologists.
Staff have all chosen to be involved and have an interest in developing the confidence and skills of our unique members. All staff are Garda vetted and child protection trained and have agreed to abide by all our policies and procedures.
Feedback
Parents with any specific queries can talk to their Stagecoach Tutor who will be happy to help.
We will keep parents up to date with their child’s progress and will invite them to attend their child’s performances.
Parents can be assured that every child will participate in classes throughout the year and have a part in the end of year show. Each learning to be an integral part of the whole experience weekly, working towards and culminating in an end of year show for parents and family to attend and wonder at their superstar on stage.
